adcreator.ai provides AI-powered image and video generation tools for creating advertising content. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits is prohibited.

3. Credits & Payments

Credits are consumed when generating content. Unused credits from monthly subscriptions do not roll over. Credit packs do not expire. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Failed generations are automatically refunded.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all content generated through adcreator.ai. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws. You must not upload content you do not have rights to use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use adcreator.ai to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

adcreator.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
